Allowance Order Update
Only enrolled account representatives are able to order and surrender allowances in the CRC Registry. You need a digital certificate to be able to complete enrolment. If you haven’t already enrolled as an account representative then there is guidance on how to do. If you are unable to enrol after downloading your digital certificate then you should refer to our common access problems document. You should seek advice from your IT department or an external specialist if these solutions do not work.
If you are still not able to enrol at least one account representative after trying these suggested solutions then you should email us as soon as possible.
Please include in the subject title: your CRC Registration number and “Unable to enrol digital certificate” and we will contact you.
