Details of how to contact the Environment Agency.
New Welsh environmental body
On 1 April 2013 Natural Resources Wales will take over our responsibilities in Wales. In most cases, if your query relates to a site or issue in Wales, you will need to call Natural Resources Wales. For any queries about rod licensing or the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme, you can still call the Environment Agency. Natural Resources Wales will resolve your other queries.
If you do need to contact Natural Resources Wales, you can call them on 0300 065 3000.
