Planning resources

Resources for Local Planning Authorities and Developers including our Pro-Forma, High Level Target 5 Report and Joint Agency Guidance.

A key principle of the planning system is to promote sustainable development.

Sustainable development meets our needs for housing, employment and recreation while protecting the environment. It ensures that the right development, is built in the right place at the right time.

The resources on these pages can help you to maximise environmental gain from your development and to reduce its environmental impact.
